My wife wanted to purchase me a stove top coffee machine so I would stop using non recycable pods. An Internet search led us to Crema Coffee Garage where we found the Bellman Coffee Machine. We were able to talk to a very helpful Crema staff who was honest about the pro's and con's of this machine over an electric coffee machine. My son ordered the Bellman on Tuesday and today my Bellman Coffee machine was delivered to me in Victoria. Delivery was only 3 days and has arrived in time for Father's Day. I am really happy with my Bellman, resulting in better tasting coffee than coffee from the pods and I experienced fantastic customer service from staff at Crema. The whole shopping experience from Crema was stress free and information provided was from staff who knew their products. A month earlier I encountered a very different and exasperating experience from BON Trading an agent for the ATOMIC coffee machines who are based in Sydney. The absolute lack of customer service BON Trading displayed actually led us to finding Crema and to our purchase of the Bellman Coffee machine. I am one happy customer of Crema Garage Coffee. I live in Melbourne and in the middle of lock down. I am not able to go to shops to see, feel and touch objects before purchase so having reliable information provided has been comforting. Did the crema coffee academy course yesterday and had an absolute ball. Adam was brilliant. We learnt so much and had a ton of fun doing it. Would thoroughly recommend the experience.
I ordered a Rocket Espresso Cinquantotto machine through Crema Coffee Garage and unfortunately it was completely trashed in the delivery by StarTrack. The machine was dropped numerous times and for an expensive machined was completely ruined. The Team at Crema Coffee Garage not only took full responsibility for the damage, they sprung into action and delivered (drove from Newcastle to Canberra) a brand new machine the next day. I was blown away by their professionalism and customer service. They are nothing short of exceptional and the management should be very proud of the business they've created. I will continue to go out of my way to buy from Crema and will continue to sing their praise to those looking to explore the coffee industry.
Great range of coffee, machines and accessories. Plenty of quality Hario products to browse for the pour over fans. Staff were very helpful and the coffee was great! Would recommend and would return '5/5 love it'
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Crema Coffe Garage not only has a wide selection of coffee supplies (at affordable prices), but their customer support has been EXCEPTIONAL. I would like to recognise particularly Candice Leslie for her support. I purchased a kettle that unfortunately had a faulty base. Not only were they prompt in responding but they made me feel validated for my concerns, and kept me informed & involved in the process. Though I live in Sydney and Crema Coffee Garage is located 2 hours away, I am now going to regularly purchase from them (even if I can buy the same item locally). THANK YOU to the Crema Coffee Garage team!

The place has coffee in the air..great place to grab a coffee. They clearly mention the exact quantity of the coffee in small/medium/large cup which I think every cafe should follow. This place sells everything related to coffee including coffee machines, beans etc.
