After our recent stay at Havana Keys, I would like to thank you for wonderful accommodation, which was clean, comfortable and perfect for our holiday. The property was booked for a family getaway to celebrate mum’s 80th birthday. The facilities were amazing, and the proximity to Broadbeach restaurants, Pacific Fair and the Casino was perfect. We all LOVED our stay at Havana Key. The home itself is absolutely stunning and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect. Close to the beach, the mall, the Convention Centre and Pacific Fair. We will be back. Thank you.
The service from Elite Holiday homes was fantastic which made our stay in a magnificant water front home fantastic. The house was spotless and the attention to detail went beyond my expectation. When I called with a small issue, it was attended to immediately and without question. I rate this company as one of the most professional and caring I have dealt with within a highly competitive market. Thank you to the entire Elite Holiday Homes team. Thank you Elite Holiday Homes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Waterfront Splendour, it was perfect for our family getaway as we are making this an annual event for our family, it ticked all our boxes, was very peaceful and quiet and loved that it was so close to Pac Fair, restaurants etc, etc. Booking with Elite Holiday Homes was simple and straight forward especially with COVID putting our trip in doubt, Elite Holiday Homes really looked after us. There were no major downsides to the house, just had a little wear and tear which is to be expected, but this didnt bother us much, it was a fantastic house and we will be booking again very soon.
We received outstanding customer service from all Elite Holiday Homes staff we dealt with. Even when the heavy rain and strong winds in mid December caused issues beyond anyone's control, these were resolved promptly. What a great team. Thank you!

This property is fabulous and the only thing that exceeds the high quality of the property is the outstanding customer service provided by Shelley and the team. We had 13 people stay at Coastal Elegance and the house was perfect. Room sizes very generous with a well stocked kitchen (nothing worse than not finding enough, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc). Shelley was wonderful in helping us with everything we needed. Thank you so much!
I stayed in one of the properties over the January school holidays and had a relaxing and fantastic stay. I was provided with wonderful customer service from the team at Elite Holiday Homes, including an easy arrival / entry process. Whilst it was a busy holiday period, the house was definitely worth the money, it was modern, clean and the pool was amazing. Ideal for a family get together. The property was great distance to cafes, shopping and other attractions.
