Had a blow out in the middle of a ride. My tires were looking pretty haggard anyway. The helpful crew here helped me pick some new tires, installed them and had me back on the road! Thanks!

The store is MASSIVE. Much much bigger than other Giant stores in Brisbane. Bought my first road bike and a bunch of accessories. Julian was super very friendly and helpful the whole time. He explained everything in details. Very patient with an amateur like me. He isn't pushy, trying hard to find the right size bike for me. Very pleasant buying experience. Well done guys.

Giant Brisbane is poor service!!! I take my bike in 9 month after purchase for a warranty issue/concern, and they have the cheek to charge me and do additional things I never requested!!! You guys assembled the bike not me. Take some accountability and stop charging your customers for things you should cover. A good start would be to adequately staff your store so you don't leave customers hanging when they drop off their bikes and just answers phone...downright rude. Good bike, very ordinary service. Never ever, ever will I purchase from that store again. You guys suck.

We now have a number of bikes in our household from the team at Giant Brisbane - MTB, Gravel and Road. Great bunch of knowledgeable folks who just enjoy helping people get out on a bike! Totally recommended.

Only recommend if you have to go to Giant, you will receive better customer service elsewhere. I came in an intially spoke to someone friendly enough about a minor fix on a bike. They said to come back when I had the part and it would be 20-30. When I returned, I was served by the manager who talked down to me giving the impression that the work was too small for them to bother with and it would take a long time for them to make time as an appointment wasn't booked. Including quizzing me on who I was served by initially as if to get them in trouble for offering to help me. A friend at work said they had the same experience and had found another place that was more welcoming nearby. Walked around the corner and they fixed it on the spot with a smile within 5 minutes.
