Big w staff are pleasant and we love having a big w in this location, it is a main feature at Booval fair. But we regularly find they lack children's 8-14 stock (hopefully it just means these are popular not that they are only supplying scraps compared to their very cute little children's range). The store has improved things like not always having their restock trolleys in the way, but the overall appearance still isn't particularly inviting. It does have a party section which is great. The local booval fair centre toilets and amenities are average and cramped.
