staff are extremely friendly and helpful. relatively clean for a hostel! i was staying in a 6 dorm girls room and the girls were nice. it can get a pretty messy in the room though but it didnt bother me since i was only staying a couple nights. location is amazing!! right on the beach! you can go to the rooftop for a nice view! would def stay there again!!

Very nice hostel. Excellent location. First line to Bondi beach. Great atmosphere, the staff was very accommodating and helpful in everything that was needed. At the moment they are undergoing renovations on the first floor, so the laundry service and the cooking kitchen do not work. They serve a complimentary breakfast.
Perfect location, excellent atmosphere and amazing staff. Bea the manager is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%!
Not sure what to say. These folks very much ruined my whole Bondi experience. I was there for 3 months and had a good reputation and made friends with everyone. It was going great. After I chased down an abusive person who they kicked out immediately, they also gave me the boot, citing reasons that weren't fair considering I was trying to help. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there long-term if you're looking to make friends. The new management might suddenly rip the rug right out from under you if they feel like it, leaving you with nothing but an empty pit in your stomach. People even sent their numbers to me after I left, and I couldn't bring myself to call them after how they treated me...
Love living here as this place is always clean and tidy. Nice rooftop with the best view of Bondi beach! Highly recommended if you want to get good experience living by the beach.
I arrived having booked a room with my partner. Room was booked with my credit card and I presented my I'd at check in. However, they wouldn't let my partner check in because she didn't have a drivers licence (she doesn't drive) and no passport. She did have other I'd but nothing with a photo. This is all at 8pm at night after we'd just driven from melbourne. They expected us to leave and find other accommodation by ourselves after dark.
DO NOT STAY HERE! This is not a ‘lovely stay’. I experienced an entirely different situation. - The staff were rude and inconsiderate including the head manager. - Wet used towels were all over the ‘clean beds’ we were supposed to sleep in. When we refused to sleep in those beds we were then told by a staff member to “just move them off the beds because they should clean”! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? - She began lying and telling us that they were closing at 10pm and we had to leave, when on their website they clearly state they close at 10:30pm. I payed for 3 beds with a total of 70 without even a doubt in mind because of the photos posted on their website and encouraging reviews. All we wanted was a clean bed to sleep in for one night. We asked if there were any other beds or rooms available. We were told no and that they were closing in a few minutes so we had to leave. They reused a refund which I polity said ok and would speak to the manager the next day to discuss it further. I found out the next morning there were 70 BEDS AVAILABLE THE NIGHT BEFORE! The staff member was in such a rush to get home that she didn’t care about closing half an hour early and lied about the availability of beds. I lost 70 last night to a man who told me “he doesn’t do refunds no matter the situation because he doesn’t believe in it”. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Enjoyed so much to stay and work here for a while. Best hostel to spend the summer, in front of the beach. Thanks you for being a great home to me
