I ordered an item online from the Northcote store. When the item arrived there was a minor quality issue with its manufacture. I sent an email asking if I could have the item replaced. Elly dealt with my issue and went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. Excellent and attentive customer service even for online orders!

A wonderland of fancy children’s wear and gifts. This is designer and high end, so not “cheap” but lots of drool worthy stuff. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is very different from the Collingwood store (much bigger and friendlier)

Was making an enquiry about pricing over the phone after purchasing some clothing for my daughter. I’m all for supporting small business (hence why I purchased from this store in the first place), but the manager was very defensive and rude. Disappointing given the current the climate!
