We went there early morning for the go card refund, cause we're heading south to leave QLD, but we have been told come back after few hours because there's no cash. Actually we don't really accept the excuse, while you are opening store please make sure all things would work and plus these's only one opening in the holiday around surfer paradise , it's really inconvenient

Very lucky to even get one star from me. The lady at the counter was so rude and didint offer any help when redeeming go cards. She gave very rude body language and smart remarks to me. Both the male and female workers were so rude and i will never be going back to this horrible place

I visited the store because there are only a few stores in the Gold Coast where you can return a go card. But a store clerk told me the internet problem, I doubt whether this is true due to the reviews tell us the truth. Anyway, they didn’t try it more. Very near to 69 Ferny Drive in Gold Coast. We can return the go card to the shop to refund the money inside. Very convenient.

A news agency where I normally purchase lotto tickets presents etc and this morning I stopped to read an article in a magazine and see if I wanted to purchase it. The own said are you going to buy that? ( I was in my scrubs just finished nightshift so was no homeless unkept person loitering ) I replied no I don’t think so. He replied well they aren’t there to read put it back. I assured I would no longer come be a customer where I regularly spend money. He was rude and it was unnecessary. Way to keep customers - never again. Smh who doesn’t read magazines to then purchase or not!
