This is regarding the receptionist (middle age) who worked on 26th March 2021 (around 11 am) - Allied health Berwick - Kangan drive. So far the worst customer service I experienced. I just went to get a doctors referal copy from the Clinical lab. And i just asked one question from her, reply was "im not working for them", (this reception should be helping both Allied health and Clinical labs). I clearly explained her, I just wanted to ask just one question from the Clinical lab lady which i clearly explained to her. What she said was, "get a number and wait" i checked, my number was 12. Since i was in a hurry to pick my son, i told her that i will call Clinical labs for that. And asked her the phone number of Clinical labs, she really rudely said "checked the other side of doctors referral" no eye contact what so ever. If she was busy i totally understand but there was only me at the time. People should be bit more polite, specially in health sector. Im in the process of finding her name out and posting again for all others info.

Jade reception girl 31 march and 18 march afternoon 2 times discriminated apoitment for dietitian to see has no respect and this is just disaster that she don't understand when somebody is sick the gp gave health plan which you come hard by these days Medicare pays for this missed one she in the end goes and makes issues over phone don't boder to help reflect horrible on busnees practice and has discriminated me as well and my health my Gp if that term to use say get new health plan and letter you can't come

I have been attending Casey allied health centre for a number of years now. I started with seeing Dr Kristi Boles for feet and knee issues which she was able to resolve over several visits. I also have issues with my back as the clinic has a whole host of medics i decided to try their osteopath Stephanie Bignoux. In the past I have seen chiropractors but my spine ha collapsing discs so it was time to try something new . the way she worked my body was very gentle i really thought is this doing anything at all? but a couple of days later my back aligned and was becoming better. So I continued to see her weekly for several weeks until i was ok . Now I follow up with a monthly tune up to ensure all is ok. I highly recommend this health clinic and all the services they provide, I have not been disappointed. My daughter has also skeletal issues and is seeing Stephanie Bignoux and Daniel Carner . Daniel has identified Josephine's issues and is treating her regularly with great improvement to her issues. I found that having the two specialist working her issues from their respective areas has made a great difference to her health improvement. Thank you both for identifying her issues and for treating my girl .
