In february we were a family group of over 30 with lots of kids ....the outside space was wonderful.....especially for the children....the house is very spacious....we spent most of the time in the covered bbq area....the rooms were as per photos..great to hear more bathrooms are coming as that was the only negative...would definitely come back....the jumping pillow is definitely a winner.....we also hired the annex near the bbq area...for some reason it didn't have windows...other then that a very enjoyable weekend in the country...

Too few loos for the number of guests but otherwise lovely setting and house for about 40 people.
Loved celebrating my mum's 80th at Berrima Retreat. beautiful place with so much to do for the kids and adults.

Absolutely beautiful layout. Wonderful place to take the family for a reunion retreat has all the amenities the only thing that would make this a five star would be the addition of a spa pool. There are many things for friends and family to do eg. Reading books, board games, pool table, trampoline, bikes, kayaking, outdoor chessboard, pingpong, and a stack load more activities for all ages.
