very bad experience , trying to claim ambulance cover after my dad passed away. It took them 6 months, multiple phone calls, juggling me around different customer service, sometimes for up to an hour/call!! I paid for my dad's insurance, 5 years without any claims! and when they were asked to pay a claim, I get hassled and pushed around.
