Very informative especially for the young as the old. Beautiful scientific hands on displays. Worth to come for a visit and Bendigo City as a whole trip.

great place to take the kids for a day outing plenty to see plenty to learn fun experiments to do and plenty of hands on stuf to do your self the big gravity drop slide is not for all some will get to the top and they will drop some will get their and quickly come back down the stairs some will hang and not want to let go but the ones who let go and do the drop you see them runing back to the top freindly service in all areas gift shop has plenty to offer so when it re opens go check it out u will not be disapointed

So many of the activities are broken or not working, it was quite disappointing. Need to employ a maintenance man or sack the one they have.

We arrived at the Bendigo science discovery centre at 10.10 am thinking we would be there for a couple of hours when in fact we didn’t end up leaving til 3.20 pm!! This says it all. I have a 4 yo and an 11 yo and the centre was engaging for them both. Having the whole day there meant we could go back and revisit each activity and see the shows a couple of times and this really deepened the girls learning, understanding and skills.The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain to my 11 yo concepts that were new to her. The science show was fab and the slide was a hit with my 11 yo We just loved it !!
