I used to attend this clinic but after the incompetence of 2 of the doctors there I changed clinics as I have chronic health conditions and I need to know that they will be managed properly. In the end the records that I asked to be transferred to another clinic were not transferred properly as well. Definitely would not recommend.

If you are booking at Hillscene definitely don’t use Dr. Hasantha. He is the least empathetic doctor I’ve seen in my life. I’m currently taking prescribed injections to develop immunity to pollen. I’ve been regularly going to their clinic to get them and need them once a week and can only do weekends as I work in the city. Me and my whole family have been using them for years but lately due to doctors like these and staff changes their service has gone real downhill. One of their doctor has already been giving me these injections and I cannot miss my weekly dose and paying a lot of money for it. Yesterday Dr. Hasantha refused to give the injection saying there is a letter missing even though they were the ones who recommended the GP and I’m booked for continuous weekly appointments. It was such a big shock to me and when I asked for the reason why I was being able to get them before he said well this is my decision now. He has been very unfriendly to us so. When I asked to speak to their centre manager I was informed by receptionist that I cannot talk to her as Valencia is on holidays and I’ll just have to deal with it myself so I had to spend an extra hour and drive to Berwick and that clinic gave me the injection without any hesitation based on the paperwork I had from my specialist and nothing had changed.

We moved to the area about 12 months ago and hadn't needed, and therefore decided on a new local GP. A couple weeks ago we needed one so I thought I'd give Hillscene a try. I have not regretted that decision at all. Even as a new patient I felt the level of care, empathy and service was the same as if I'd been for years. I have no hesitation whatsoever in taking the rest of my family there when the need should arise and look forward to being looked after by this clinic for many years to come. The reception staff are wonderful and Dr Love Joy is a warm, caring, friendly breath of fresh air in a profession that seems to have grown cold and distant at other clinics. Thank you so much.

The team here deserve to have a positive review: I have been going to this GP for years, and both the female Dr's i have seen throughout have been excellent, with extensive follow up and investigation into what you are experiencing. Michelle and the Reception team provide impeccable customer service and remember you by name. Even as i have moved throughout the state, i always travel to come back here. Thank you for you high level of care.

Good quality medicine. Thorough doctors. Friendly receptionist. They bulk bill for some reason. I expected to be charged for the consultation like that. The doctor spent long time with me. He did not rush me through the consultation like at my previous clinic. Very good service. Highly recommended.
