Excellent and fast service. I rang up re a buckled wheel and they fixed it same day! I was very impressed with their ability to squeeze in this service as, without my bike, I couldn't commute to work. The staff outlined what they would do and how much it would likely cost. No surprises and my bike is good again. I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews?

Got my first MTB here. Elijah was very accomodating and helped me out to find a suitable bike. Overall good store ambience with knowledgable staff and good collection of bikes.
Went in to buy a new valve stem for my tubeless road tyre. I even took the rim in to be sure I got the right one. Was told the stem they recommended would fit, but when I got home and tried inserting it, it is way too short. I don’t have time to head all the way back and will trust a better bike store closer to home. I only went here because it’s where I bought the bike from
Very friendly staff who gave me some good advice that ended up saving me money. They offered to flip and drop the stem on my bike for free because I don't have a torque wrench; I wasn't able to take them up on it due to logistics but the offer was definitely appreciated. Bought some new grips which are fine, but the main point is the service.

Dad bought 1 Giant bike from Pete in Feb 2020. Bought another Giant in April 2020 for mum. Bike was fully assembled and Pete helped me load into my car and taught me how to put the wheels back on after transportation. Done a couple of hundred k's and no problems. Got my 6 month free 15 min service on one of them. My friendly advice for buying a bike. Determine if you want a road or mountain bike , know your budget, go to the giant/trek/scott/ etc website and see what size and model you want. Then call up or go into store and test ride the models you have shortlisted and hopefully get 10% off.
