We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. The room was nice and clean. The lounge area had ample room with beautiful views. The owner Tania was really helpful and she's just a phone call away if there's any issue. Highly recommend!

Thanks Tania for answering to all my questions before and during the stay. We have enjoyed the stay very much. The house very clean and cosy. It's resided in a beautiful place. It is bit hard to get to the house via few steps specially for older person. FYI, please take drinking water as tap water is bit grey colour. Good house, good owner and worth for money.
The lodge was more than I expected! Renovated with taste anc great care in every detail, very clean and warm. It had a big shared kitchen and living area, plus a drying room with designated areas for each room. The living area has views over the tobogganing area, which was just minutes away and a cosy electric fire place to warm up your tired legs after one day of skiing! Our room, no 1, had a kitchenette and a separate exit door too, which was very helpful. Tania and her husband were always helpful and quick, responding at any time of the day! I am so sorry that I can't post any videos or photos, as I am not given the option here. We will definitely come again!
Beautifull lodge situated in a picturesque setting with great facilities. Owners are very friendly and they provided oversnow transport for us event after the 8pm. We booked the whoole Tanjil Creek Lodge for 2 nights and the lodge itself is warm, modern, and very well maintained. We were greeted by the owner and gave important instructions and useful information about the area.
June 5th 2020 - I very rarely give a bad review, however I was not very impressed. When I spoke to the owner on the phone to book a room, I said that we wanted to book a room with a private kitchen, as shown in the virtual tour (which also had a lounge). This was not only for our comfort, but for our safety as well, with COVID-19 restrictions only easing slightly. I was told that would not be a problem, and that we would be given room 4, so I made the booking. When we arrived, the room was different, and the “kitchen” was a fridge and a microwave. When I asked about the room I had spoken of, and showed the picture, I was told that they (the owners) occupied this room, and it was not available. If I had been told that room was not available, I would have booked another lodge that had what we were after. We had to use the shared kitchen with other guests, with one group occupying the shared kitchen and lounge area all day. It was not an enjoyable stay!
Lovely lodge, has all the amenities you need. No expenses spared. Was like a home away from home.
TanjilCreek Lodge is a very clean, comfortable well-appointed lodge. Great for our family of 5. Our room had private en-suite, tea/coffee making facilities and bar fridge. Common kitchen is modern and well-appointed. Lounge and dining areas are tastefully furnished. Warm fireplace. Leona and Mike are great hosts. Mike provided free transfers for our things from the carpark to the lodge on check-in andcheck-out. Leona arranged discounts for ski hire, lift tickets, vouchers for playtime with the Mt Baw Baw huskies. The lodge overlooks the toboggan park and is not far from the ski lifts. Mt Baw Baw is a welcoming, unpretentious place for families to learn to ski. The toboggan park has a magic carpet travellator for tired little legs. We will be back!
