This is a place for premium flowers. The selection is diverse encompassing natives and general flora. The staff are friendly and eager to assist you in selection and arrangement. Pricing is actually quite reasonable for premium flowers. Access is good and there's ample parking nearby and disabled access. Recommended.

Easy to use website, stunning flowers! I bought flowers for my mother for mother's day, and they're perfect. I live interstate, and because of COVID I needed to be organised - the website is friendly, easy to use, and the notes section for my order was very helpful. I requested that due to allergies the flowers have mostly low-pollen flowers, or pollen sacs removed where possible, and they've done a fantastic job. Flowers were delivered closer to 1pm, but as it's Mother's day, that's hardly the driver's fault! I'm very happy, and will be ordering with them again in the future! Came into Flower Merchants with high expectations of this shop due to the amount of good ratings the shop had however I walked away disappointed and high dissatisfied. The florist at the shop had greeted us very dull and shop selection was very limited. Understandable that it is a busy period of the year but however florist did not compensate for the lack thereof. Pros - clean store setting - nice ambience Cons - poor customer service (watch out for male wearing glasses as he will not put any effort in serving/helping you out) - low variety options - poor handling/presentation of flowers - no extra services such as (bouquet wrapping, extra flower customisation, no greeting cards available
