The battery in my car key was flat. The guys put in a replacement battery to both sets of my car keys. That was the simple task. However key would not open and they mentioned that my Old Magna often had a problem with the car’s coding They took the time to research online to find a suggested solution on YouTube. The solution you wouldn’t think of. One of the guys followed the recommendation for my car and with a bit of fiddling had both of my keys operational. They just charged me for the batteries a princely sum of 20. Thank you Thank you. That is what I call good old fashion personal service. Highly recommended.

Great service and always have what I need.
Bought a Bosch battery less than two years ago (with 2 years warranty) from them. After a year the car's stop/start function stopped working due to battery not having insufficient power according to the car. Took it to the store and the staff said to me that they never sold that battery to me and that they never sold a Bosch battery ever in their life time. Guess what? Opened up the battery cover and a battery world sticker is on top of the battery. They lost themselves, took the battery in, charged it up and the battery was good for 8 months. Took the battery in again to the store and they wanted to charge me money to charge the battery up again. Lol, it's still under warranty. In general, avoid this store please if you wouldn't like the same experience as me. One guy specifically was very rude and is likely to trick you. Oversized guy with gray hair. Awaiting for your response buddy!
Been to Battery World Malaga many times, they have always been professional and polite. They go out of their way to try and find solutions for all my battery needs. Highly recommend them for their knowledge and willingness to help where they can.
I replaced 2 x 6 volt batteries for my paramotor, the new batteries although slightly heavier had more Ah's and were cheaper than the original batteries.
Great store, all the batteries you could need or want. Amazing service from the guys every time you walk in.

Exceptional customer service. I had a car key remote battery replacement case replaced for 35, If replaced with Holden fixed price servicing it would have been in excess of 200.
