This morning 24 June 2019 I contacted Mark from East Coast Carts wanting to purchase a part for my Yamaha Golf cart. Rather than seizing on an opportunity to sell me something that I did not need he suggested a simple and cost free solution to my problem. This man's attitude and most helpful manner is a rarity in this 'dog eat dog' world we live in. With the utmost sincerity I wish Mark and the firm the very best in their endeavours and salute them as an honest and caring commercial entity.

I live over 500km away from this shop. Tried buying my parts in my own town but couldn't find what I was looking for. Found these guys on gumtree n sent them a message. The service was so friendly and professional n nothing was a hassle. Mark was the best business person I have ever dealt with n they will definitely have all of my golf cart business in the future.
