I have had a problem with my Weber Baby Q not lighting so phoned Cameron’s to see whether they had one in stock. I spoke with Daniel and he suggested not purchasing a new one but to call Weber and they would send out a new part that would solve the problem. I then went into the Cameron’s store to ask about how to put this piece into my old barbecue and Daniel got Damo to show me how it was done. I’m not all that confident in doing this so Damo kindly said to bring the barbecue in when the piece arrived and he would do it. Service like this just does not exist these days and all the staff were so friendly so from now on I will be buying all my hardware from them. I must point out they were making nothing out of this and Daniel could have suggested I just purchase a new barbecue so I feel they went far beyond what one expects from shops these days and were exceptionally helpful.
