Honestly I have to say Raine & Horne Bankstown branch, is one of the best realestate agency in Sydney. I have never met such amazing team before, Kim Poulter & Charlie Wakim omg you guys are the BEST! Charlie did his utmost to help me find my dream home. The most unprofessional agents I have ever heard of. Not only through my own experience but also through family who have dealt with these so-called "professionals". The property manager (if that's what she can even call herself) had no communication with other staff in the office which was evident when they would all pass the buck off on to the other and had no idea what was going on. When I called the other day through to the office the receptionist sounded like a robot and had no energy in her voice and kept saying "um" and "ah" and didn't know how to talk with any enthusiasm, she sounded like she would rather be watching paint dry. The male in the office who I assume is the owner by the way he carried himself, was rude and had a chip on his shoulder. He kept cutting myself and my husband off mid-sentence to continue to make us feel stupid and belittle us and had very poor English and communication skills also. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their marketing is also very poor and they should have a close look at their touch screen in the window of their office, the red letters over photos that are clearly done on paint are outdated and could be done by a 5 year old! Whoever came up with that idea is seriously troubled and shouldn't be in real estate. I recommend ray white, the professionals or wiseberry down the road, much more professional and KIND and actually know what they're doing.
