Very first impressions not great,starting with the telephone greeting (Mona)(abrupt,second rate English,no listening skills) I Was wanting to see the doctor about emergency bleeding. I Was asked if I had seen this dr before which is "no". Mona then proceeded to tell to go on a waiting list (6mths) as "we are not currently taking anymore new patients" To my disbelief who in there right mind would wait 6 months to be seen for something that needs to be addressed straight away. They outright refused to see me. Would you trust these muppets with your health and livelihood.
