Bought an over priced JBL Flip 3 from this shop only to have it be faulty. Music Lags 3 seconds when first connects & every time I pause a song for longer then 5 seconds. It cuts into the song instead of starting from the beginning which is a speakers most basic function. Tried with two different phones & a laptop all which the Bluetooth is working fine, so I know its the speaker that's faulty. Had to try return/replace the speaker twice both with no luck. First time manager refused to address the issue in a professional manner literally walking away saying "there is no fault, theres nothing I can do". Second time I had three employees talking to me trying to convince me that the 3 second lag is common, which from using other JBL speakers & people I know having the same model as me I know that it certainly is not common. All I kept getting from this shop is that I'd have to send it away & that they don't do replacements/theres nothing they can do for me. Oh also it would be after new years before I would get it back which for someone travelling isn't an option since I won't be in the same town after new years. I could get over the 3 second delay if I paid 20 but the fact that I paid 109.99 when I could of got the JBL flip 4 from Harvey Norman for 10 cheaper, hell even on Betta' s website they are selling the flip 4 for 88. No help whatsoever & now I'm left with a faulty speaker that I paid way too much for. I'd give 0 stars if I could. If the people who run this store read this here is something tou probably don't know According to the Australian Consumer Law "If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor." "A product or good has a major problem when: it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it."
