Sadly I have to warn others. I booked in a quotation for 10.30am, I waited the entire day but they never turned up and never responded to my messages. It's been a week and several attempts to contact them later - but still no response. Highly unprofessional and suggest you avoid them. Plenty of others offering the same product with better service..
Sydney Smart Gates manufactured and installed our new smart gates and aluminium fencing. We went with them as they were very professional from the outset unlike others we tried to contact. First thing, they actually responded to our enquiry and communicated with us the whole time. They installed prior to Christmas as promised and the workmen were very professional. We are very happy with the service and quality of the gates and highly recommend them.
Amazing company to deal with. Couldn't be happier! Maz the owner was incredibly professional, quoted a very fair price, turned up when promised and his installer Mike does impeccable work. We had some issues with the installation as the fence wasn't straight, but Maz and Mike offered me several solutions and the gate now works perfectly. I deal with a lot of trades in my job and its rare to find someone as professional, courteous and nice as these guys. i would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to my friends.
