We attended a wedding at this venue. It’s a beautifully renovated old house set in gorgeous gardens which also include a reasonable car park. The food was the best I’ve ever tasted at a wedding - and I’ve been going to them for 70 years! The food was presented beautifully, was cooked perfectly and consistently and tasted wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive and professional. The DJ/Master of Ceremonies worked well to keep the proceedings on track AND everybody on the dance floor!!! And every second of the experience was being captured by a photographer. An excellent experience. Thank you

Extremely bad management during Covid 19, our wedding was cancelled on the eve of the function and Ascot House retained our 4000.00 deposit. Tread very wearily and ensure your contract protects you against cancellation by the venue as you will loose your deposit. We have now heard of a number of cancellations where others also lost their deposits. Businesses are being compensated by our government for their losses so Ascot House will in effect double dip at our expense by retaining our monies. Please protect yourself and specify a refund in your contracts.
Had an event here. Low on speaker things better to being own DJ or own speakers. Due to it being hard to control and connect as speakers connection is old and in the kitchen. The food is horrible I have never tasted anything worse. However it's amazing for pictures, the employees are wonderful. Also they have security however he was kinda creepy just kept staring. If food was to get better I would recommend this place. Until then I say don't go as food (main) is so bad. The dessert and the entre were the best part. Also when we had a menu to choose from prior nothing that we choose was their on the day. But overall good and not expensive
My daughter and her husband had their wedding at this venue on Thursday 14th November 2019. This venue was faultless, they were so helpful from the very first point of contact till the very moment the wedding day ended. They ensured that my daughter’s wedding day was exactly as she had visioned, the Grand Ballroom on the night looked stunning and the staff and wait staff were so attentive. The food was outstanding, and delicious, the chef made sure all dietary needs were met for all the guests. Nothing on the wedding day was too much trouble, they oversaw every single thing and made sure we as a family just enjoyed this very special, magical day. The gardens and the interior of this venue are spectacular and the sneak peek we have seen from the photos look amazing. If you are looking for a wedding venue then I suggest you look no further than Ascot House, you will not be disappointed and I would highly recommend them.
