Second time here pretty good food great presentation, friendly staff. I thought the flavours were better balanced last time. But in saying that we had different mains this time. Over all everything was good.

Portions are average and pretty expensive considering but my main issue was the French worker. He is a sexist bigot who repulsed me from ever coming back here.

Feeling like some middle eastern food on date night I found Arabesque and was intrigued by the retro posters and mouth watering menu. The food was outstanding! Would definitely go back. Loved everything. We had for starters: hellim & fig, meat cigars & the sizzling prawn hot plate (couldn't resist it when another order went by and was seduced by the waft of desire it left in its wake). For mains we shared the Sultan Lamb Claypot with a recommended salad to match, red cabbage salad. No room left for dessert! Only the atmosphere was a little disappointing but given its physical location & space there's probably not a lot that could change.

Food was exceptional- every dish was delicious, great portions and well presented. Great value for money. Good for date night. Only problem is the bathrooms are a little out of the way and quite ugly (not part of the establishment)

I have been to this restaurant 8 to 10 times over the period of 6 years, and never have I been disappointed. Their menu changes after sometime which i believe is based on the season, however whatever they have on their menu is scrumptious. Will definitely recommend this place to someone who wants a quality service and a live acoustic soothing music.
