Purchased a magnetless speed sensor which had a few issues. I phoned to store and they offered to replace it with an alternative brand which is functioning perfectly. You can't ask for better service than that. This is exactly why we need to support our Local Bike Shops. Buying from the internet may seem cheaper, but the after sales support is non existent. Thank you Salter Cycles, great service.
Dropped in to change a faulty derailleur. Rob and his team changed it on the spot. Awesome customer service. Did not cost me arms and legs. Very knowledgeable staff. They will not rip you off!! Support this small business, you won't be disappointed!! Highly recommended
I dropped in on a busy Sat morning on 16 January to get my gears fixed on my mountain bike. They did it straight away and incredibly they didn't charge me. How good is that!. What an amazing customer service experience. Super nice crew , helpful and friendly. Great stock of bikes would fully recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a bike or get a service.
Had a new bike built recently by Tim at Salter Cycles which couldn't of been done better. All the components were assembled professionally and measurements set to a tee as per the bike fit data. Originally I had bought a HED wheelset here with great service throughout so when it came to a new frameset build the decision was a no brainer! The guys are passionate about riding and really know their stuff which made all the suggestions relevant. Also, thanks again Rob for recommending the frame colour, lovin it!
