No care for supporting customer experience. I dealt with two different sales assistant, I commented on the cost of the item and none of them mentioned I could use a MyAlice discount voucher. When I realized and asked to reverse the transaction to apply the voucher the manager said no. Unlike other stores that were actively promoting the use of the voucher, this store missed the chance twice. Are you telling me that 2 days later you couldnt process a return and resell using a voucher valid on the day? Please!

5 star indeed. As an electronics Eng on tour, a visit here cured my home sickness. Excellent product line up, and even techies on site. Hunter the owner is a top bloke, and an entertaining chat to say the least. He sorted my by testing out the coffee machine on 1500W inverter. If you’ve got SAT questions, doubt you’ll find a more knowledgeable soul. Like I said, 5 star service. Drop in for a browse. You’ll love it. I did.

Oshada has worked a small miracle in getting my sons dropped laptop up and working, without any data being lost, after me asking another company and they couldn't assist. In the 4 days they were working on the laptop I was kept up to date on the process and the final amount for work done was very cheap for the relief it provided to my son and I. I recommend all laptop repairs be referred to Oshada in future.
