I’ve ordered from Edible Blooms on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed! They always go above and beyond to ensure that the best service is provided! On Mother’s Day, I had included chinese on the card for my grandmother, only to find out afterwards that their programs unfortunately were unable to process the characters. However, a team member managed to figure out how to print it from their own home to ensure that the card would be understood by my grandmother. The amazing service remained the same with every experience I had ordering gifts for friends and family and every recipient adored the gifts they received.
Unfortunately they were unable to deliver my gift basket on my selected day. Delivery on the correct day is paramount to a birthday surprise so pretty disappointing. They did respond to my email quickly and said the delivery can take place between 1 and 3 days after the preferred/selected day. In my opinion this needs to be much clearer in the ordering process, if they wanted to be transparent they should have you select a 4 day widow as this is actually what they are offering.
Such poor customer service. Could not get through to anyone via the contact number. Made an order in over a week in advance for a special birthday to only find out a day before the public holiday that they were out of stock so mu gift would arrive after the birthday. Never again!!!
Top of the class! I have recently received a very special gift made by Edible Blooms, ordered by a dear family member of mine. Beautiful and delicious, fresh strawberries coated with chocolate varieties. Plus there were Heart shaped chocolates and a pack written with greating; completed with a ice pack in order to prevent melting. It was delivered to me at Dinner time. Very considerate indeed. Edible Blooms has many pretty and unique chocolate gift ideas. I am going to upload the photos of the one I had.
I haven't used this service but based on what i experienced on a road. Changing line on my A pillar side (I wasn't able to see the driver) with out any indicator almost gave me heart attack. Please let your driver know they are driving company car not their own. I mean you should not promoting dangerous driving but doing so with company car it will damage company's reputation
I have used Edible Blooms numerous times for many different types of occasions. The variety of gifts is excellent as is the price range. They have always delivered as promised and I receive an SMS once the delivery has occurred. They are a great choice for long distance gifting as you know the recipient won't be disappointed and I don't have to worry about whether or not the item will be delivered.
