Bike went in for complimentary first service. Can't complain really as it was free, but attention to detail wasn't there. Seat needed tightening after I picked it up, bell didn't ring etc which needed adjustment after I collected the bike, all was in tight working order when I dropped it off for the service.

It was my second visit to the store. The first visit made me choose the bike I wanted for my kid. The second visit made me buy the bike. The customer support staff were very friendly and patient in understanding what my needs were. The price of my bike was on clearance and hence I would say I got a good deal. As such I think the prices are bit expensive as maybe this is my first time shopping in a branded store for bikes. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would love to purchase from this store again. Thank you

Big ups Jeff and Klein in the workshop, helped me sort out an issue free of charge, tuned up my bike and then the sales guys hooked me up with the part I needed all super fast when I just rode in off the street

Have been shopping at 99bikes (various stores) for a few years now. Between Bondi Junction and Alexandria. This review is relevant to the recent visit to Alexandria. Sonny the store assistant was fantastic. Instantly friendly, no sales pressure, measured the height of my eldest boy straight away (that's why we went in) and then told us to come back in 6 months when he was ready for the right size bike. He explained it to my 7 year old so my son wasn't upset and he put it all in simple terms so that we and the kids understood. We ended up buying another bike for our youngest boy because we felt so at ease and he needed a bike upgrade anyway. Got a great deal on one of the kids bikes, and joined Gold Club for a few 's which gave me a greater discount than the cost of the club membership, score!! How does that work?! Anyway, we've had bikes services here and the guys are awesome. Good bike store that is no where near as snobby as some LBS's in the area, plus reasonable priced bikes for those that don't want to fork out 1000's for a bike for their kids. Thanks again to Sonny. We'll be back in 6 months to buy my eldest boys bike :-)

Today 4/01/21 I went to this shop I told them I wanted to change the back tire, I wanted to know how much for the cost and they said 49, and they said if I joined the club I can pay 395 44 for changing the back tire so I agreed, but they just changed only tube inside they didn't change the back tire and informed me that the outside tire were still good and then they still charged me 44 without changing the back tire. After I cycled back, I passed another bike shop, I asked them how much for changing the back tire and another shop said just50 including changing the tube but if want to change only tube just 20 and then I came back to ask the shop for asking them why they changed me 44 for change only tube and they said changed 30 for install, 9 for tube and 5 joined the club. Which I think it is very expensive!!!! It is not suitable for changing just tube.

I recently had the opportunity to stop by this bicycle emporium and colour me impressed. The head mechanic Jesse really knows his was around a bicycle and helped me solve a mechanical issue. A world tour team would be lucky to have him. He even went out of his was to consult me on my cleat position and adjusted them then and there on the spot. Overall a very special experience and would go back again.

Really loved the way Paul helped us select the right bike for my wife. Will definitely be back when I am buying bike for myself and my son.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jeff helped me to find the right helmet for me (it took quite a while!) and gave me lots of useful tips for first time triathlon training. Highly recommended.
