they don't honor quotes. will charge way more then then the 2 quotes given & think thats ok. will bring in muscle to intimidate while paying for over priced service because yes, you want an explanation for the extra costs (which you dont get of course). Your vehicle is booked in, they dont touch it for 2 weeks then tell you they are down a mechanic but in the same sentence tell you lots of starter motors have needed replacing, sorry, but I feel my vehicle should have precedence since it was booked in. I will be sure to let everyone one know this business doesn't honor their word. they have lost my business & I can guarantee a lot of others will take their business elsewhere. WORD OF MOUTH IS A POWERFUL THING.
