Being an overseas visitor, I didn’t understand how insurance works in Australia. The consultant I saw was very patient and kind, explained what will be covered and what not, and answered all my questions and gave very useful recommendations, not just about insurance. Definitely beyond my expectations on an insurance company. Feels like they really care about their clients. AND they can speak my language! Great location as well, I can go shopping and easily walk in and have a chat.

Very bad service They dont even deserve one star. I had medical examination on November 2020 amd they haven't submitted my results to department of home affairs. I m facing this issue since last 1 month, because of their laziness I haven't got my visa yet. Very disappointed and very angry on bupa service. Australian government should change their centre for examination from bupa to another clinic.

Trip into town to process claim refunds before the end of the calendar year. Shut at 1pm. No signage / explanation. Phone service abyssmal - I hung up after a fifteen minute wait period. No call back option. Tardy.

On this web page it states that the Bupa store is open until 5pm. After a trip to the city, paying for parking, to find the store shut was most irritating! Within a short time I received a call from a Bupa representative regarding my earlier disappointing experience. Following a friendly discussion, I was satisfied that a misunderstanding had occurred. I am now quite pleased with Bupa's response to my criticism and grateful for their concern. Top marks Bupa!

Hannah was really friendly and helped us with all the information we needed. It was busy but they did a great job at making sure we didn't have to wait a long time.

There were 2 consultants, 1 was free. I walked in and put my name down and wasn't seen to for over 20 minuets. A man came in and was called through straight away and then a woman put her name on the list under mine, the consultant came over (after I'd been there for 20 minuets and shed seen the man who came in after me) she looked at the screen and called through the lady who had just walked in. Didn't even look at me once. Terrible customer service, and just poor human behavior. Go to another branch.
