For koreans or foreigners who would like to send a parcel to korea, this company is perfect for you. I guarantee that the company's service is amazing, quick and safe. If there is an issue, they try to figure out what it is and make clients feel very comfortable. They have their own duty, work ethics, responsibility for their service, always try to understand stance of customers. I highly recommend you guys. Reasonable price Promt and quick service, much faster than Aussie post office Great problem solving skills Credit, accountability I always use their service throughout the jewellery comapany named as 바니보석, at lemongroove shopping centre in Chatswood. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I've been using this agency for 8 years now, and since their change of staff members (Especially the female workers) are starting to get on my nerves. How could a service agency let the customer do all the work? Starting from packing the boxes, labeling them, WEIGHTING THE BOXES BY "ORDERING" ME TO PICK IT UP and, "ORDERING" me to THROW AWAY the leftover CARD BOXES into the bin LOCATED FAR WAY FROM THE WAREHOUSE and THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, the workers were INSIDE their little office laughing and talking! Oh, and she didn't forget to say "Tell me when your finished with all the work". I cant believe my words. IF they AT LEAST spoke to me in polite manners like "Do you mind lifting those boxes?" instead of "Pick up the boxes and leave it on the wight machine", then I wouldn't be leaving this comment in the first place. If this is their definition of "SERVICE", then I highly recommend choosing another agency.

화물 보내실 분들은 이 회사 절대 사용하지 마세요. 처음엔 1월 말, 입금 후에는 2월 5월에 출항하기로 한 짐. 컨펌도 없이 지금 몇주째 회사는 전화도 안받고. 이게 무슨 마음 고생인지 모르겠네요. 정말 최악입니다.

상담하시는 여성분 너무 불친절해요 사무실까지 길을 헤매서 전화드렸는데 어디 스트릿이냐 그래서 ㅇㅇ 스트릿이라고 했는데 “그쪽아닌데요?” 이러고 정적... 아니 당연히 길을 헤매고 있으니까 전화드린건데 그런 전화 자주 받는지 짜증이란 짜증 다 내고 저희에게설명을 해주고 싶어하지 않으신 것 같아 듣다말고 보살같은 남편이 옆에서 듣다가 말이 안통하는 사람이라고 전화 끊으라고 하더라구요 그 후에도 몇번 통화했었는데 그 때마다 불친절이 세상불친절이 아님.. 그 분을 왜 전화상담에 두시는건지요?
