I live in Tassie and had to arrange a courier in Melbourne. I didnt know any of the couriers, so took pot luck and selected Zoom2u. Best decision I could have made. They were so helpful throughout the whole process, and continually answered all of my queries. Albert Pineda in their help desk was incredible. He is an asset to your company. I needed my delivery done within a few hours, which they delivered upon. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend Zoom2u. They are fantastic.

Managers and Reps pressurising to finish the delivery ASAP, but can they understand the actual situation on roads!? Blackmailing and threatening drivers to deduct or charge twice the high back on the driver for late delivery’s or miss-information provided. Even if the customer is fine with later delivery, Zoom2u reps harass drivers. Even when Zoom2u reps know it’s Customers fault, they hit back on drivers. Blaming drivers for customer and company rep.

The driver came on time and was very friendly. When I paid for the service it said that the delivery would arrive before 5pm. I contacted the driver in the late afternoon to ensure that the package would be delivered before 5pm. He reassured me that even if he arrived after 5pm it would be fine, because he was familiar with the building and a security guard would be present to accept the package. The driver ended up attempting to deliver the package after 5pm, however no one would accept the package because the office was officially closed (these were official documents so I assume this is why). The driver then offered to deliver it the next day or return it to me. As the package contained very important documents I asked for it to be returned to me. I contacted the company about this and they offered a 20% refund on the total cost. So in the end it was not delivered, caused by the fault of the driver, and I was charged to have it returned to me. Although the service was friendly, I can't say I am happy with the overall result.

My rating is reflective of the drivers Sam Khan and Moshin Ali Khan. I take my hat off to them for the personal touch and massive heart they both showed to provide my delivery 2 days ahead of schedule. I explained my reason for asking for urgent delivery. My nana is terminally ill and I was waiting on my kids passports to arrive so we could book flights and undergo quarantine in NZ ASAP. Sam advised he would do what he could and I'm absolutely speechless with the result. Zoom2u are definitely lucky to have amazing individuals such as Sam and Moshin. However, I cannot say the same about Jay in the online/phone customer service team of Zoom2u. First, Jay lied to me from the beginning advising Virgin Australia Cargo was closed today 3rd April 2021. I simply googled the trading hours to find it was open. I tried calling again only to hear the auto phone service say "I am first in line" for over 2hrs. I tried live messaging while on hold and Jay starts messaging. I now realize he can see my number and is purposely ignoring my call. I message Jay about my circumstance and sent him a medical certificate to reassure him I was not making up my emergency. Jay does not acknowledge whether or not that it's a reason worth escalating delivery for. Instead Jay, simply reinforces delivery could not be made earlier without even attempting to try. Zoom2U might need to review staff such as Jay, as service like this can ruin the opportunity for positive reviews and word of mouth advertising. Fortunately Zoom2u have Sam Khan and Moshin Ali Khan who are exceptional in customer service and genuinely good Samaritans. My family and I have managed to book flights for mid-day tomorrow and will be able to quarantine 2 days earlier. God bless you and wish you both the very best.

should have booked with these guys first. Couriers please are rubbish, didn't do the job, cant get in touch with them, no response, took payment. Zoom2U is a Very well run business, good communication every step of the way, reasonable price for same day, easy online order system.
