Staff are super helpful, passionate and knowledgeable, good range of stuff from obscure films, etc., and the wall of Funkos gives me warm fuzzies haha
Very disappointing that they refuse to price match. Cluedo IT edition ranges from 45 to 55 every where and they priced it at 69, when called and advised Sanity has it at 55, they said Sanity is in another Westfield and they will not price match. Will definitely get it from Sanity. I recommend you shop around.
My kids love this shop! I'd like to say the reason we spend so much time in here is because of them, but sadly I love it just as much! Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are in to pop culture this is the shop for you!

What can I say about Zing Penrith? Lets start with their customer service, in all honesty it's second to none. 2 staff members in particular are so welcoming, always engaging, legitamitally interested it what the customers have to say and are enthusiastic about their products. I enjoy shopping there, I love the sales they have and how even if it's not available in store, you are referred to their website. It's always a great experience.
Absolutely amazing staff who know products well!
Great place to go. Big variety of items big and small. Great place to check out for gift ideas. Easy enough to get to for anyone in a wheelchair and not to far for people who have trouble walking from underground parking entrance. Staff are always polite and positive.
