If I could rate zero stars I would. I just had a male staff member approach my husband and ask "are you guys looking for anything or are you just letting them run wild?" Referring to my children. One of whom was an overexcited toddler who wanted me to buy him pokeballs and was holding it, the older 3 were simply browsing so I'm not actually sure who was running wild but I guarantee my 3 year old has more in his savings account than old mate at Zing does. Shouldn't even be employed. Zero customer service skills. Nothing like Zing back home. Absolutely disgusting.

Staff are always so friendly and Zing has what I'm looking for in good condition and reasonable prices. A definite must visit when going to Cairns Central.

I walked into Zing today to buy my daughter a "Stranger things box." I was wearing my uni student paramedic shirt, and when I went to the counter, the man who served me, asked if l really was a student paramedic, or whether I was just wearing the shirt for fun!.. I couldn't believe this rude remark, and found it quite culturally bias, considering I am indigenous, and he was not. Please do your job properly, which is customer service! Zing Culture Pop!.. Not Zing Pop Culture...
