Our internet service from Zettanett has been poor at best!! We have had ongoing issues for over 12 months and they will not send a technician out to look at it . Currently we have not had internet service for 3 days and they have done nothing to help fix it and my business has suffered dramatically. Worst product and customer service I have ever experienced

I had a bad experience with one of the staff at Zettanet and wrote a scathing review here. One of the managers called me the following day and rectified the issue so well they have gone from a one star review to a four star. This is a good local company that is worthy of your business.
Saw a poor review and thought I would counter-balance by saying I have been with Zettanet since their Highway 1 days. Have always found them to be responsive and reliable. I am a residential customer now, so while their home-based packages may not be as competitive, you are talking to a person in a Perth office and in my experience always get honest advice and support.
They mainly provide business services but also an excellent residential service that suits me at a reasonable price. Phone calls usually answered within a few rings by someone in Perth with the ability and desire to provide advice or solve my problem promptly (problems mostly due to ancient Telstra cables serving my area). They follow up to ensure problems are resolved. Can't comment on Zetta's speed as my service speed, (still ADSL Here) is limited by poor Telstra cable. They don't provide 24/7 customer service but that doesn't matter to me. Reliability has been excellent over the 18 years I've been with them or their predecessors Globaldial and Highway1
