I speak from personal experience. I thought I had it all. On the surface, everything was going great. Yet internally it was quite different. Maybe you can relate? I was a high-performer consulting with global firms like IBM, Accenture and Ernst & Young. I was earning great money ...yet I was stressed out, out of balance and ultimately my personal life did suffer eventually. Truth is. I knew that something needed to change, and I knew it was me. So I invested time getting clear on my life goals, my values, how I communicate with the world, etc. As a result, what I discovered was truly amazing. It transformed the way I look and feel about myself (and the world). It got me thinking about other stressed out professionals out there - who are on the same downward spiraling journey I was on.
