We had lunch yesterday really enjoyed it so we booked again today. We were not booked in the waitress forgot our cutlery our meals came out at different times. My falafels were so dry I told her no care given. And when the tables were supposedly cleaned it was a dirty cloth no spray the food was all on the chairs and left. The chef came out several times for a cigarette and not once did he sanatize his hands no COVID care at all

Hands down, my favourite dine in/takeaway restaurant in Port Macquarie. Amazing Turkish food experience. Mixed BBQ Platter is one my favourites on the menu. The pides taste super fresh and cheesy. Have been a regular customer since this place opened, they have consistently maintained high standard of service and excellent quality of food. Definitely recommend! 5 stars ️️️️️

After a disappointing outing on my birthday a couple of months ago where everyone got their food except for my father in law, I decided to give this restaurant another go. We should’ve gone to Reyhana instead. To our astonishment the exact same thing happened again! No, I’m not kidding. Everyone was served their food and I had to remind them TWICE that my food was still to come. After 45 minutes of waiting and still no food I asked them to put it in a takeaway box. Although they were apologetic we won’t be going back and we will be letting our friends and family know of our experience! Unless you have them exact same dishes you probably won’t be able to enjoy a dinner or lunch at the same time. Very disappointed

Great customer service by all waitstaff, especially the young ladies who were attentive, caring and making sure eating areas were constantly cleaned. Go for the adana / mix grill plate- meat is cooked to perfection and all slides are nice. I ordered their farmer's salad, it tastes great with cheese- the only problem was that there wasn't enough! We did attend for a weeknight dinner (not sure if things are different during weekend nights) but atmosphere could have been heightened with the addition of some music. BYO options available. All card transactions incur a small surcharge so it's best to pay via cash.

Went there for dinner with family and on their "UPDATED MENU" it said "GLUTEN FREE AVAILABLE". They obviously don't know what "GLUTEN" means! It had bread all over our meal even though we told them to keep it separate. To make things worse they took the plate back and remove all the bread on top then return the plate to the table with all the bread still on the bottom of all the meat lol. All I can say is good luck with the next person ordering GLUTEN FREE

Can you believe first ones for no surcharge. It's Easter by the way. We had takeaway and the food was great especially the warm bread and the lamb kofta

I normally don't like giving bad reviews. First the positives - nice ambience/ seating and good service. However, overall, this was just an ok experience to be completely honest. I come from Sydney, where there are very high quality/authentic Middle Eastern restaurants and I do know my Middle Eastern food well. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food. The prices seemed ridiculous even for me coming from Sydney. How are these kind of prices then affordable in a country town?! Atleast, the quality and authenticity of food should improve significantly to demand these kind of prices.
