For those who love dim-sums, this place is a good find. The menu however is more on the weekends. Good location with ample of parking space. Service is fast.
The food is pretty decent and fairly delicious. Nothing bad but there is no dishes that gives that "wow " factor in terms of taste or feel. Still will go back for decent yumcha
I come here often with my mum. Sometimes the quality of food is different, some days Shanghai dumplings are juicy, some days they're not, etc. But I always find myself having a wonderful time. Service is always good. Always making sure you have each variety of food cart come around as well as the desert cart when you've finished your main meal. In terms of I'd say it's worth the amount of money for quality of food. For myself it's around 20-25. One of my favourite dim sums!
Newly renovated. Very spacious. Good food. Price is reasonable. The bean curd (Dou fa) with brown sugar was the amazing food I have eaten. So simple but so good. It was a rather enjoyable dim sum session.

I corrected my review based on my second visit.They cater for vegetarian....But not today the 1701/21. Not crowded...But the food they delivers to the table is terrible as compared to the first visit, and the portion is half of what we get the first time. The amount charged is horrendous, I asked the cashier, she said that I should have told them that the portion is different. According to her, it's standard portion size. The vegetarian vermicelli with bean sprouts and soy sauce, came with no bean sprouts. I order the deep fried sticky dough twice, and they didn't bring it. People who come to this restaurant, check your bill... I don't think they charge accordingly. Have a look at the pics and compare it yourself. It's a disappointment. If I can take out the one star rating, I would. I will not be returning.
