Had YSolar install our panels last year. Had nothing but issues. We were contacted by the Australian Government Clean Energy Regulator to come out and check that everything was compliant. Needless to say it was not and have been trying to contact them continuously as there are some real issues needing to be addressed. Absolutely nothing. Not only that we are still paying off something that isn't safe or working correctly. Stay away.

Great initial experience with install within 3 weeks. Techs noticed a fault, came out to fix it( in the first 3 days)and since then the envoy & app show that we are not producing energy, sob3 weeks down the line and we don't know if the system works! Have contacted Y solar including emails to the managing director (Rob Pringle), and so far nothing has been done about it. Potentially a good system ( yet to find out) post sales (management do not care as nothing has been done). Declan (as promised)
I was unsure what to expect but I have to say this has been such a smooth process. It's rare to find such professionalism these days.
I have loved having use of my Panels. However they turned my panels off a few months ago.. and ive now found out they are no longer in business. Im still paying them off.. who do I call to turn them back on.. and who will cover my warranty now?
Stay away from them. Tried calling, emailing them, they are not replying. Would not recommend at all. Shop elsewhere.
Great company to deal with, very informative and my system was installed professionally. My Enphase system is working really well and im saving load on my electricity bills
Have had nothing but trouble no joy from company took them to court and owner didn't show up how arrogant, we won in court but now gone out of business stuck with a 10,000 system that doesn't work at all. Owner J. Iseppi lives at 4/13 Towsnend Road Malaga if anyone wants to know. He is a crook sent baliff to his house and wife says she has never heard of him shame shame shame Justin karma will come and bit you in the rear end one day
Have not been happy with the 3kw system we were sold over a year ago have not saved any money on our bills at all. Been doing exactly what was asked by doing all the washing ect during the days but not to advance of saving
