Stopped responding to e-mails and made me feel like my query wasn't important enough for their time. I took my business elsewhere due to lack of customer service. Edited to say that I find it very convenient that this business takes the time to respond to good reviews and totally ignores the grievances of customers who leave not so great reviews. Such a wasted opportunity (and rather offensive) as a simple response may rectify the issue and bring a 1 star review up to a 5 star. But due to the lack of professional service standards, my review will remain 1 star. Such a shame as I used your business for years.

Had our daughters 13th Birthday Party! Wow it was the best party we have ever had somewhere. Jenny is so kind and all the girls loved it. I have had messages this morning from parents saying what a wonderful time the girls had. Sophie's cake tasted amazing! Thanks Jenny! Leezett, Jonathon, Annabel and Sophie!
