If I could give a zero star I would. Dr Muhammad munir prescriber no. 2956011. Provider no. 5341423j For starters has been attending to patients whilst being sick himself. Under covid 19 laws you should stay home if your are unwell or presenting with flew like symptoms. Secondly from start to finish I found him very rude today but not just today it's all appointments I've attended to the point I refuse to see him without my support person in attendance. So appointment started off with me asking how he is today he stated not well. He asked what I was there for I stated I needed a medical assessment done for housing he stated he was busy and would try to fill it out. I explained that I missed my appointment cause I don't get text reminder he asked for me my phone number and I said to support person I'm sure I've gave it to the receptionists and he told me there was no need for yelling. My support person stated I didn't yell and for the doctor to not say to me im yelling when I wasn't so the doctorleft the room and terminated my appointment when manager came out she stated that the doctor never wants to see me again and yes I got upset and I had a go at the manager and swore at her in disgust and out of frustration not to mention it triggered my anxiety and personality disorder all cause people accuse me of something I didn't do so I am fileing a official report with the hccc. Who I've already spoken too.
