After a nightmare dealing with a call centre the staff ( Al ) and Manager ( Richard ) were able to sort everything out. These guys went the extra mile to help & were amazing. Not what I really expected so I can highly recommend this store.

I have just come from Optus Hurstville and had Sophie as a consultant. I am upgrading my phone and she was wonderful in telling me all the perks and benefits. She was patient and answered my questions, and even went through how features of the plan I am going with and iPhone feature would help me maximise efficiency in my business. I highly commend Sophie. She is knowledgeable, practical and in touch with how we can utilise technology! Thank you Sophie once again, you were great help!

Me and my partner had a horrible experience with an online order . We went to Optus Bankstown and we got the same treatment . Then read some reviews and went to this store . And I gotta say , the manager Richard and the team member Raju went above and beyond and some more , to help us . I am amazed by the Sincerity of the team member Raju , he sat down with us for almost 3 hours coordinated over the phone with Optus and made sure the order was done properly. Do yourself a favour next time if you have any issues just ask for him to help . Top class !
