My wife was not permitted to buy a new phone outright because I, as account holder, was not present. Was not even allowed a call to me. Staff Member presumed it was a contract phone and did not even ask the question "unlocked"? Pathetic service and poor staff training.

Went in to upgrade my phone and home internet had a fantastic experience with Ray absolutely phenomenal customer service and ended up with a great deal on exactly what I was after could not be happier with his service.

I got wireless broadband for home2 month ago, the device was not working and it takes 2-3 weeks to inform me that they can not fix it and can’t replace too! So they suggest to cancel, but they charged me 2 times for nothing and still telling me the money will back! No phone answering and customer service in Optus is totally hopeless! I’m so glad I have no other services with Optus.

I went in with my brother and we both had the same thing to do he got his done and I was told to ring customer service to get mine done. Was told by the girl that served me that they only do plans and don’t do anything technical. I don’t see what is so hard to put a watch on my service while I’m in the shop, as I’m legally blind and find it difficult to do things over the phone. Will not go back to Greensborough Optus.

After over 15 years as both a business and private account holder, to be informed when converting 2 fully paid out phones to SIM only that the last phone had a couple of hundred residual to be paid out. Staff said they don't use leasing anymore "Cos of the hassles it brings" Not happy Jan!
