After deciding to upgrade my phone I called in Elizabeth store. The salesperson explained he is new, so after explaining what I was there for, the process began. All the necessary 100 point information was provided, but the process was declined, something about credit. So I sent a message via the app explained my disappointment, but a more helpful staff, members sorted out the credit issue. But because if delivery issue's i cancelled

Thay try.. still not as good value for money as Vodafone. But it depends on how you have been treated by Vodafone lately if there worth the few bucks you can save or not ?
Worst experience, staff un interested and lacked enthusiasm for the role. Just appeared to be going through the motions, not friendly, not helpful. Failed to provide disclosures to contract or even full contract paperwork. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere
Didn't fix the problem with the phone but helpful.
The service provided was very quick; the staff are very helpful. An enjoyable experience.
