This store has great customer service and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They look after you very well.
The staff member who served us was honest about our requirements, rather than selling us what we were looking at he asked us about our use and needs and suggested a different product, saving us money. The sign up process was straight forward and took 15 mins or so.
it's a nice Optus outlet. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Recommended.
Have to say this honestly, I have been to this many Optus shop and this one has the best customer services. They are very willingly to help customer even though customer couldn't decide on the day. I will definitely go back and see the same rep when my plan is ready to upgrade in 10 days. Keep up with the good job guys.

Many problems with the staff. Came in to return a phone on a leased plan and got served with Kevin Wang. The phone has a hairline scratch on the glass and Kevin immediately said "yep that will cost you somewhere between 250-400 for a repair, or you can pay out right the phone." I asked him how much would it cost to pay out the phone, he said "oh I can't tell you that, you have to call optus support." He also started putting it details in the system saying theres a deep scratch on the phone and we are going to return the phone. I asked him to remove it please I'll think about it. I went to the george street store to return the phone there, but Kevin from chatswood had put in details about my return so the george street store couldnt edit it. Eventually george street took my phone and I paid 0. Definitely worth the trip going to george street.
I am absolutely disgusted at the woman who just served me and have never received such appalling customer service in my life. I wonder if they even read these terrible reviews - there is no effort whatsoever to try and rectify them. The sad thing is I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 5 years and have all of my phone and internet accounts with them. Only to be told "computer says no" when I simply asked when my phone contract was ending. Ouch.
