I have visited Optus Chadstone several times with family and friends over the past few years. Could not recommend the service here enough. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. The managers are also very helpful towards their staff and customers.

I am having a Samsung phone and it's call drop. The staff was very welcome and exactly he knows my problem and great smiling person and fixed my issue in 5 minutes. I can give to the staff 1 million stars. Great customer service.

OPTUS is a undoubtedly the best network to use. But if your thinking of a store to walk into , please double think of the chadston3, because that is the last place on earth that you would want to go to! The staff are extremely indecent and they themselves don't know the offers that the network holds. We were promised an offer which is why we opted for optus but when the billing came it was double than what the actual bill was. When we confronted them they said all different charges were added to the number which is not quite right the staff working there have definitely got each others back in covering while they messed up with the customers. One staff guy comes up and says that the other staff who spoke to us first is the most trusted and the hard-working guy in the store. Now just imagining the audacity that the staff has in saying that the customers were lying. . Trust me you do not want to walk into the store like that with such employees If your lucky enough you will land in a different optus store with much more trained, competent staff. However at the end of the day we had our problems sorted out after talking over the phone with the customer service.. I really wish that the staff employees had half the decency like the in dealing with the customers.. if the same employees continue, trust me the entire rating of the store will go down drastically.. I wish I could negatively review them.. Such pathetic service and the worst of worst employeeeeessss.. !!

I've had a few great experiences at this store now. Zac's service was efficient and he made upgrading my phone easy. I will be going back if I need another product or to update again.

I would only give this store half a star if that was an option. They are absolutely terrible. The staff only try to up sell and get the most out of you. In addition, they recently promised me a replacement device for a faulty Iphone, sent me a repaired device and then wen't back on their original promise. Not to mention it took me multiple phone calls just to hear back from someone. I would strongly advise you take your business elsewhere.
