Completely Useless come from Canberra and lost my phone. I needed a new sim. I had a proof of age card from Canberra. They didn't accept it because it has no expiry, Prrif of age card is a valid id in Canberra without any expiry. Very disappointed away from home and i cant call any body to go home nice

Not the best as customer service, satfd had no idea in most products and was given wrong answers to my enquiries, please sort this out as I didnt feel appreciated and was made to wait a long time

Worst customer service ever. My wife’s sim stoped working. They wouldn’t fix it because the account is in my name which is fair enough but they refused to let her call me from there phone to tell me. They are shocking and should all be sacked. P.S Optus Carns Hill fix her sim and and allowed her to call me.
It is strongly believed that the workers at this franchised optus store pass the newly isdued mobile number to spammers , as spam calls from outside Australia do start quickly( which already has been in quarantine to avoid spam or is totally a new batch if mobile numbers issued by ACMA Australian Media And Communication s Authority ) Not safe to use their services.
Worst store to go to ,very bad service, no experience in customer service, trust me don't go there
