Nice train station, always tidy. Trains always seem to run on time here. No toilet and can get a bit hot on Platform 1.
typical train station but not good with a pram. better to go Yeerongpilly station.
Disabled access on one platform only, no bike racks, only one scanner inbound, limited shelter particularly on outbound platform. Station is in desperate need of an upgrade.
Station can also be accessed from the western side (not Fairfield Road) ...
Northbound platform into the city is via many steep timber steps - no disabled access! Ramps to southbound platform only. Station office is on northbound platform. No disabled access to shops or Fairfield Road. QR and government need to fix this!
