Because I have dealt with these people before and back then they where very helpful I have not given them one star. Called up 5 days ago for water, was told it would be organised, called up again 5 days later wondering what had happened, to be told due to health reason I could not empty their bottled water into my bottle for holding water, ie: use the water the way I wished to use it. Totally useless excuse and useless service. Thanks for nothing.
