Kids and we love this place. Great walk to find the relative distance to planet, great tour and this is why we came back for a night session with a lecture and stars and nebulae viewing. Dropping balls with water experience was great. Will come again when will be in WA.

We (mum 2 kids ages 9 and 10) absolutely loved it. There were some very interesting stuff. I thought it was only going to be a short trip but we ended up spending 3 hours there.
A wonderful evening of star gazing with excellent commentary. Learnt alot along the way. A bit too much information for my daughter, however she enjoyed the displays and seeing the stars so close!! We will be back for the winter sky. We had the burgers for dinner which were much better than we had expected. Well done on all parts.
This place is indeed a gem of WA! We visited during the day and there were many interesting interactive displays. We didn't have much time to really immerse ourselves so planning to come back another time and also book the night tour. Place is a little rundown but being in the bushland interiors with harsh elements it is pretty understandable so I hope the government would inject more funds into the centre to keep it well maintained and qualitative. Would not mind spending more here to ensure this. Plus, we enjoyed the good food at the cafe!
I had fun! I played with the science experiments and I learnt about gravity. It's a pretty dated facility, could do with some TLC and some fresh paint. But in terms of killing off a few hours on a Saturday afternoon, it's a great place to be.
Amazing place! My kids love it! The tower is not only education and fun, but also a good cardio exercise! :-)

Great day / evening out. Staff deliver the education with great analogy and a few Dad jokes to keep it light and informative. Lots to do before the sun goes down and the real show begins.
